Dataczar Connect makes it easy to adjust your domain hosting. This tutorial walks you through 1) adjusting your hosting to another website 2) redirecting to another domain 3) creating a second domain (variation of your domain) and redirecting to your primary domain 4) creating a shopping cart website and adjusting your hosting 5) creating a subdomain and adjusting hosting to your shopping cart website 6) creating a second domain with its own hosting 7) and more! Adjusting Your Domain Hosting | Updated July 13,2022

Reasons:

• You want to redirect to a different domain (such as Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
• You want to redirect your second domain (variation of your domain) to your primary website 
• You want to redirect your subdomain to your Primary Website
• You created a second domain to redirect elsewhere
• You created a second domain to have its own hosting (own website)
• You created a subdomain to have its own hosting (own website)
• You created a shopping cart website (to host your primary domain on your Shopping Cart Website) 
• You created a subdomain to host on your Shopping Cart Website  
• You want to create an under construction website (see Create an Under Construction Website)
• Host Somewhere Else - Contact Customer Support 

- Redirect to Shopify, Etsy, or Any Other Website
- Redirect a Second Domain (Variation of Your Domain) to Your Primary Website
- Redirect a Subdomain to Your Primary Website
- Redirect a Second Domain Elsewhere
Steps:
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go to the Domains button on the Main Menu
> click on Settings (blue gear button)
> click on Hosting
> click Edit
> click on the dropdown menu > select "Redirect to New URL"
> copy/paste the complete website URL (including https://)
> click Update

- Create a Second Domain to Have its Own Hosting (its Own Website)
Steps:
     > See "Tutorial Help" below for creating a second domain (if needed)
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go to the Domains button on the Main Menu
> click on Settings (blue gear button)
> click on Hosting
> click Edit
> click on the dropdown menu > select (name of your newly created website)
> click Update
     - Tutorial Help (creating second domian): > go to help.dataczar.com > click on DOMAIN HELP > click on: Add a Second Domain to Your Account   

- Create a Subdomain to Have its Own Hosting (its Own Website)
Steps:
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go to the Domains button on the Main Menu
> click on Settings (blue gear button)
> click on Hosting
> click on Add Subdomain
> add your subdomain name > click the dropdown and select hosting (select the name of your newly created website)
> click +Add Subdomain
     - Tutorial Help (if needed) for creating a sub-domain: > go to help.dataczar.com > click on DOMAIN HELP > click on: Add a Subdomain      

- Create a Shopping Cart Website (and Host Your Primary Domain on Your Shopping Cart Website)
- Create a Subdomain to Host on Your Shopping Cart Website
Steps:
     > Create your Shopping Cart Website (if not yet created):
     > login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go the Website button on the Main Menu
     > across from "Websites" (toward the right side), click on the "+" dropdown
     > click on Create Shopping Cart Website
     > create a Name for your Shopping Cart Website
     > click Create
     > select a Plan
     > click Activate
     > click Shopping Cart Control Panel
     > continue to follow prompts and work on your shopping site
          Tutorial Help (if needed) for creating a Shopping Cart Website: > go to help.dataczar.com > click on WEBSITE HELP
          > view: Add a Shopping Cart Website and Set Up Your Shopping Cart Website

> Host Your Primary Domain Directly on Your Shopping Cart Website:
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go to the Domains button on the Main Menu
> click on Settings (blue gear button)
> click on Hosting
> click Edit
> click on the dropdown menu > select (name of your Shopping Cart Website)
> click Update

> Create Subdomain and Host on Your Shopping Cart Website
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and go to the Domains button on the Main Menu
> click on Settings (blue gear button)
> click on Hosting
> click on Add Subdomain
> add your subdomain name > click the dropdown and select hosting (select the name of your Shopping Cart Website)
> click +Add Subdomain
     Tutorial Help (if needed) for creating a sub-domain: > go to help.dataczar.com > click on DOMAIN HELP > click on: Add a Subdomain    

- Hosting Somewhere Else, Contact Customer Support
Steps:
> login via dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com and click on the Green - ? Support - button on your screen
> alternatively, go to dataczar.com > scroll down to the bottom menu > click on Contact Us
