First login to your account @ dataczar.com or connect.dataczar.com. 

1.  Go to the Domains button on the Main Menu.
Click on Settings.

2.  Click the dropdown menu directly below: Select site for www.help.dataczar.com:
Choose - Redirect to another URL
Paste in the URL that you wish to redirect to.
Click Update

Note: Changes made here may take up 24 hours to propagate, though they usually only take 5 minutes or less.
